Our lifestyle is pretty much the sum of all the seemingly insignificant choices we make each and every day; “Will I have the pancakes or a smoothie for brekkie?” “I’m pretty shattered after working all day, I’ll hit the gym tomorrow.” “Maybe I’ll cook a roast tonight, ah let’s just grab a takeaway.” “I better give my bestie a call but I’m pretty busy right now, I’ll do it later.” A lot of the time later never comes and we’ve missed the opportunity to live the life we really want to. More often than not, most people would love to catch up with their bestie, enjoy a nice home cooked meal, refresh at the gym after a hard days work … and ok, so everyone would prefer to choose pancakes over a smoothie but the point is, whilst these little choices may mean nothing in that fleeting second, it’s these choices that add up your lifestyle and they make you, you. Be true to yourself… every time you feel yourself compromising… choose you.
